I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I received a message on Goodreads from Victoria Browne, an author on a PR campaign looking for reviews on her latest book 'Third Time Lucky - The Honey Trap'. Nobody had ever offered me something like this, but I'm sure glad she did!

I automatically connected with the characters - four best friends just living life and having a good time while doing it. The ladies in this book are so relatable, it was hard for me to stop thinking of my own (past/present) friends while their personalities were unfolding.

There are some crazy twists and turns throughout the book that were definitely hinted at, but I never would have expected the outcome of it all! I probably would have finished this entire book in one or two sittings if I didn't have to work the past few days.

***SLIGHT SPOILERS AHEAD***

I could not believe the intensity of the scandal that happens after the honeytrap is laid out. It almost feels like two or three books in one after Sarah initially gets herself together, which made me even more interested. It kept me on my toes and thinking "Oh no! What could possibly happen now?!".

I recommend this book to anyone looking for a fast-paced chick-lit that has so many plot twists, you'll be wanting to reread the beginning immediately to see how you missed the hints (cause I sure did)!
